2 Year Ball to Bumper Warranty

Trillium RV warrants the trailer to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of sale to the first retail customer when in normal use. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to make good any part produced or assembled by Trillium RV. Major appliances carry their own respective warranties, and can be serviced/repaired by a service center network across the USA & Canada. Each appliance has their service center network listed in their owner's manual/package. A partial list of these appliances/parts are shown below.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. We neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale of our trailers, other than expressed herein.

This warranty shall not apply to any trailer which has been altered outside our factory, or which has been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident.

All correspondence regarding the warranty shall include the Serial Number, date of sale, Owner's Name, and contact information.

5 Year Structural Warranty:

Trillium RV warrants the fiberglass structure to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 60 months from the date of sale to the first retail customer. Under certain conditions, the warranty can be transferred. Check with the factory for transfer terms prior to resale. Any such transfer must be in writing from the factory.

Gelcoat Finish: Cosmetic hairline cracks, 'spider cracks', are not considered to be defects under this warranty.
